The 60-second pricing logic

Free is generous enough to feel sacred, not crippled.
$9/mo = price of one chai + one offering. Audio chant is the single feature that converts.
$299 Sankalpa is for the people who already light incense daily — the almanac is the object they want and didn't know existed.

Viral mechanic — the Share Card

Every darshan is a screenshotable 1080x1080 square: icon, deity name, the mantra, a one-line signature ("seen at sunrise · 6:14 AM · darshan.silentinfinity.com"). Designed to be sent in a 1:1 message — "this came up for me today" — the way an aunt forwards a prayer on WhatsApp.

Why it spreads:

It is beautiful and unbranded enough to feel like a gift, not an ad.
The signature line is the only acquisition channel and it is small.
It works in any messaging app. No login wall.

Secondary loops

1. Sunrise notification. Push at local sunrise — "Saraswati awaits." Open rate target 60%+ because it is one notification, not many.

2. The 108 collection. Free tier sees ~30 deities cycling. Paid tier sees all 108 — including rare and regional forms (Akhilandeshwari, Chinnamasta, Dakshinamurti). Collectors will pay to complete.

3. Sankalpa thread. Sankalpa subscribers get a single shared thread on the equinox where the almanac arrives. Word-of-mouth ignition once a quarter.

CAC math (rough)

Organic-only target. No paid ads in year one.
Share card → install: assume 4% of recipients install.
Install → free→paid: target 8% in 30 days, driven by audio chant.
LTV at $9 with 12-month avg = $108. Sankalpa raises blended LTV to ~$140.
