No — not in the formal sense. They were hand-built this session as MVP
front-end demos under the AGENTIC-AI-INTELLIGENCE-HUB directive. They did
not go through the /incubate skill or the PRD-first flow that CLAUDE.md
prescribes (no F:/TITAN/plans/prd/incubate-*.md). They are real, deployed,
and clickable — but they skipped: formal PRD, market-sizing pass, scoped
acceptance criteria, and the QA gate. To make them "properly incubated" they
should each get a retro-PRD + the incubate skill's validation pass. Tracked
as a follow-up below.

One cockpit. One identity. One question answered: "What now?"
FRIDAY is the chief of staff that sits above the six TITAN agents
(SCOUT, VAULT, FORGE, GUIDE, ORACLE, DARWIN) and orchestrates them. It is a
single page — chat-first, cool-blue, the 10/10 pattern — with every existing
dashboard folded in as a panel, not a separate site.
Top of page: a live HUD — 4-6 lines FRIDAY writes each morning
(overdue items, yesterday vs 7-day metrics, cost delta, what to do first).
Below it: chat. Around it: tiles that open each folded-in surface.

Phase 1 — The Workshop shell (1 session)
Single friday.html, cool-blue, The HUD strip + FRIDAY chat + tile grid
linking out to all existing dashboards. Deployed to a new subdomain. Old
pages untouched.
Phase 2 — HUD intelligence (1 session)
friday_hud.py cron — pulls Clean Slate, Stark Industries, Arc Reactor,
PENDING.md, asks Sonnet for a 5-line "what to do first" brief; writes JSON
the shell reads.
Phase 3 — Fold-in panels (1-2 sessions)
Re-skin Protocols, Hall of Armor, The Archive, Clean Slate, Stark Industries,
Arc Reactor to the shared cool-blue style so they feel native inside The
Workshop (originals stay as-is).
Phase 4 — Retro-incubate the 6 Foundry apps (1 session)
Give each agentic app a retro-PRD + run the incubate validation pass, so
they're properly incubated, not just built.
